In a high flow operating mode, all the pressurized primary fluid flows through the jet pump and entrains a secondary fluid supplied through the secondary fluid inlet from the common fluid source so that the secondary fluid also flows through the jet pump, resulting in a combined fluid flow of the primary fluid and the secondary fluid that exits through the fluid outlet of the jet pump.

    • A governor (30) for an engine (15) including a speed sensor (25), a throttle member, a linkage (50), a primary spring (55), and a secondary spring (60). The speed sensor (25) moves in response to changes in a speed of the engine. The linkage (50) is coupled between the speed sensor (25) and the throttle lever (45) to move the throttle member between a first position and a second position in response to the speed of the engine (15). The primary spring (55) directly couples the throttle lever (45) to the engine to bias the throttle member in a first direction, and the secondary spring (60) directly couples the throttle lever (45) to the engine to bias the throttle member in a second direction at least partially opposite to the first direction.

    • A rewind cover guard (34) for an internal combustion engine. The guard (34) has a mounting surface (38) and a flange (42). The mounting surface (38) has an inner edge (46) and an outer edge (50), and is disposed between the blower housing (14) and the starter rewind cover (18) of the engine (10). The flange (42) is formed integral with the mounting surface (38) and projects outwardly from the mounting surface (38) near the outer edge (50). The flange (42) is disposed adjacent the starter rewind cover (18). The flange (42) extends in a direction transverse to the mounting surface (38), and is disposed vertically above the rewind cover (18). The flange (42) has a deflecting surface (58) facing away from the rewind cover (18), and a lip (66) along the free edge (62) of the flange (38). The guard (34) diverts water and melted snow away from the rewind cover (18) to help prevent moisture from entering the engine (10).
