摘要： A sectional-type high wear-resistant double-layer straight tube and a method for preparing the same. The double-layer straight tube comprises a protective outer tube (1) and a sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube (3). The protective outer tube (1) is nested outside of the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube (3); the sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube (3) comprises at least two wear-resistant inner tube sections; and the wear-resistant inner tube sections are connected sequentially. The sectional-type wear-resistant inner tube (3) at least comprises a left inner tube section (3-2), a right inner tube section (3-4), and one or more middle inner tube section (3-3). 摘要： An auto-fill two-layer two-half wear resistant elbow of a concrete pump truck consists of an outer-layer protection elbow, an inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow and a wear resistant connecting flange. A filling space is provided between the outer-layer protection elbow and the inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow. The wear resistant elbow is designed as a two-layer two-half unique structure including a protection layer and a wear resistant layer, wherein the protection layer protects the wear resistant layer from distortion or even damage by external force and distortion or even damage by impact force by internal materials during the transportation, installation and use of the elbow. Upon using the wear resistant elbow for the first time, the concrete grout fills the reserved slit via the heterogenous combined elbow and enters the reserved filling space, allowing the outer-layer protection elbow and the inner-layer heterogeneous wear resistant combined elbow to be fixed as a whole, which may realize the purpose of reducing the weight of the entire elbow, reducing costs, saving materials and increasing service life.

摘要： A two-branch or multi-branch double-layer wear-and-impact-resistant tube and manufacturing method thereof. The wear-and-impact-resistant tube comprises an outer protective tube (1) and an inner wear-resistant assembled tube (2) nested in the outer protective tube (1). The inner wear-resistant assembled tube (2) comprises two or more tube walls, the two or more tube walls are jointed to form a tube having an annular cross section. The wear-and-impact-resistant tube can be a straight tube or a bent tube. If the wear-and-impact-resistant tube is a straight tube, upper and lower portions of the inner wear-resistant assembled tube employ different structures, and if the wear-and-impact-resistant tube is a bent tube, a large curved portion and a small curved portion of the bent tube employ different structures. The inner assembled tube of the wear-and-impact-resistant tube is divided into at least two portions, and the at least two portions thereof employ different structures. The tube structure extends a service life thereof, improves wear resistance and impact resistance thereof, and reduces a total weight of the tube.
