摘要： The invention presents a method of using thermocompression to electrically interconnect, mechanically bond and simultaneously encapsulate electronic components (1) on textile substrates (2) of smart textile by housings made of thermoplastic materials as part of their surface mounting and further to stabilize electrical contacts with a thermoplastic material containing electrically conductive particles. The method according to the invention facilitates the surface mounting process while maintaining maximum reliability. The invention also includes a housing which enables the electronic component (1), including its electrical contact, to be sealed with the textile substrate (2) under the influence of short-term heat and pressure.

摘要： The invention relates to a protective glove, especially for firefighters, which comprises an electronic part with a system of temperature sensor devices (3, 5), which are connected to a power module (1) and to a control unit (2), which is coupled to a communication unit (21), whereby the control unit (2) is arranged on the back side of the glove. One sensor device of the temperature is a temperature sensor (3) of the glove surface, which is located on the back side of one of the fingers of the glove, and a second sensor device of the temperature is an infrared sensor (5), which is along with an optical pointer (6) arranged on the back side of the glove, whereby on the back side of the glove is further arranged a switch (8) of operation modes of the electronic equipment of the glove and an optical indicator (9) of the temperature, the status of the glove or the operation mode of the electronic equipment of the glove, wherein both the switch (8) of modes and the optical indicator (9) are connected to the control unit (2).
