    • The present invention relates to a screen control method and device and a computer program. The method comprises: detecting a moving direction of a mobile terminal (100); detecting an orientation of a mobile terminal screen; receiving posture recognition information sent by a preset smart wearable device (300); sending a screen recognition instruction to preset smart glasses (200) when all of the moving direction, the orientation of the screen and a palm orientation in the posture recognition information are in a first preset direction; powering on the mobile terminal screen when screen recognition success information sent by the preset smart glasses (200) is received; and powering off the mobile terminal screen when all of the moving direction, the orientation of the screen and the palm orientation in the posture recognition information are in a second preset direction, the first preset direction being different from the second preset direction. Through the method, not only a tedious operation that the mobile terminal screen cannot be powered on until a user triggers a specific key is avoided, but also the mobile terminal screen operation accuracy is improved, thereby avoiding a misoperation.
