摘要： Disclosed is a synchronizer for establishing synchronism between horizontal and vertical sync pulses of a non-interlaced video signal and those of an interlaced video signal, the number of non-interlaced scan lines being smaller by 2n-1 than the interlaced scan lines, where n is an integer equal to or greater than unity. Two variable frequency clocks are generated, one having a higher frequency variable as a function of a phase difference between the horizontal sync pulses of the two video signals and the other having one half the higher frequency. A first period is defined which runs from a non-interlaced horizontal sync of first occurrence in a given field to a horizontal sync of (n-1)th occurrence in the given field and a second period is defined that runs from the non-interlaced horizontal sync of first occurrence in a subsequent field to a horizontal sync of n-th occurrence in the subsequent field. The higher frequency clock is normally used to generate the non-interlaced horizontal and vertical sync and the lower frequency clock is used instead when vertical sync pulses of the two video signals are mismatched in phase and during the first and second periods to compensate for the difference in scan line number

摘要： The present invention provides an image processing apparatus for use with an image projector to allow the image projector to project a magnified image on a screen without a trapezoid distortion or a keystone distortion even when a normal line of the screen is declined to an optical axis of a projector lens of the projector. Digital image data from AD converter are stored in the image memory (6-9) through a selector (3). From the image memory, the image data of four pixels nearby a deformed coordinate position are read out through a selector (4). The image data of the deformed coordinate position is obtained by calculating an average of sum of arithmetic results obtained by giving a weight to each of image data of the four pixels. The weight given corresponds to a positional deviation value from the deformed coordinate position to the respective coordinate positions of the four pixels nearby the deformed coordinate position.

摘要： An information recording disc comprises a connecting region formed between a parallel program recorded region containing a plurality of parallel programs and a single program recorded region containing a single program which is to be reproduced after one of the parallel programs is reproduced. Each of the parallel program recorded region and the connecting region comprises track turns having vertical blanking parts recorded with vertical blanking periods of video signals, and at least one of the vertical blanking parts in each track turn is recorded with address signals each comprising a first code indicating whether a program recorded in a track turn of a region is a single program or another program, a second code indicating whether the region is the parallel program recorded region or the connecting region, a fourth code indicating the number of programs recorded in the region, and a fifth code indicating the program number of the program recorded in the region. A reproducing apparatus comprises a reproducing element for reproducing information signals from the disc, and the reproducing element is kicked within the vertical blanking part based on the value of the reproduced fourth code during a normal reproduction of a parallel program.
