摘要： The present invention discloses an electrical connection assembly, an electrical connection component and a connector. The electrical connection assembly comprises of: a pair of flat conductors (10) which are arranged to overlap each other in the thickness direction (Z) thereof, wherein the flat conductor (10) comprises a flat conductor core (11) and an insulation layer (12) cladded on the flat conductor core (11), and the flat conductor core (11) has an electrical connection part (110) exposed from one end of the insulation layer (12) for electrical connection; a pair of connection terminals (20) which are respectively connected to two surfaces facing each other of the electrical connection parts (110) of the pair of flat conductor cores (11); and a cladding layer (40) which is cladded on the electrical connection part (110) and the connection terminal (20), so that the connection between the electrical connection part (110) and the connection terminal (20) is sealed in the cladding layer (40). In the present invention, the pair of flat conductors are arranged to overlap each other in the thickness direction, so the width of the flat conductor can be increased and the current-carrying capacity of the flat conductor can be improved.

摘要： The present invention discloses a connector housing and a connector. The connector housing comprises of: an installation base (11) for installation on a device housing; and a peripheral wall (12) which extends upwards from the installation base (11) and encloses an inner cavity (101). A first sealing ring installation groove (114) and a second sealing ring installation groove (115) are formed on the bottom surface of the installation base (11), and the first sealing ring installation groove (114) surrounds the second sealing ring installation groove (115) and is spaced from the second sealing ring installation groove (115). A slit (131) is formed on the installation base (11) that allows a connection leg (31) of a shielding shell (3) of a connector to pass through, and the slit (131) is located between the first sealing ring installation groove (114) and the second sealing ring installation groove (115) and is spaced from the first sealing ring installation groove (114) and the second sealing ring installation groove (115). The present invention not only prevents the water vapor outside the connector housing from entering the device housing through the gap between the installation base and the device housing, but also prevents the water vapor inside the connector housing from entering the device housing through the slit on the installation base.

摘要： The present invention discloses a connector and a connector assembly. The connector comprises a housing (10), a connection assembly (11), a safety cover (100) and a high-voltage interlock (16). During mating the connector (1) with the mating connector (2), when the connection assembly (11) is not fastened, the connection assembly (11) is in the position of interference with the safety cover (100) to prevent the safety cover (100) from being moved from the initial position to the safe position. The safety cover (100) and the high-voltage interlock (16) are slidably connected, so that they are linked in accordance with the following relationship: when the safety cover (100) is moved to the initial position, the high-voltage interlock (16) is moved to the disconnected position; when the safety cover (100) is moved to the safety position, the high-voltage interlock (16) is moved to the connected position. Therefore, the present invention can ensure that the high-voltage interlock is always separated from the mating high-voltage interlock before the terminal is electrically connected with the mating terminal, and improve the use safety of the connector.
