摘要： It is an object of the present invention to give the passenger sitting on the wheelchair a comfortable ride without increasing cost.
A wheelchair lifter of the present invention which includes a platform (20) that is constructed to receive a wheelchair in a desired position on a platform surface (22u) thereof and to secure the same thereto and that is capable of being received in a cabin of a vehicle, and a moving mechanism (30) (40) that is capable of moving the platform (20) between a retracted position inside the cabin and a wheelchair loading/unloading position on the ground. A platform surface (22u) of the platform (20) is provided with a right and left pair of wheel support portions (50) on which right and left wheels (BK) of the wheelchair are respectively positioned when the wheelchair is secured to the platform. The right and left pair of wheel support portions (50) are constructed to absorb vertical vibration of the vehicle.
