摘要： An introducer accessory for being fitted with a circular stapler, the circular stapler comprising an anvil assembly and a staple cartridge assembly, the staple cartridge assembly including a staple cylinder (1) and a staple cartridge (2) being mutually fixed, wherein the introducer accessory at least comprises a sleeve portion (4) sleeved around a distal end of the circular stapler and an introducing portion (6) disposed at a distal end of the sleeve portion (4); a maximum outer diameter of the introducing portion (6) is equal to a minimum outer diameter of the sleeve portion (4); the introducing portion (6) is a spiral member, one end of a spiral wire of the spiral member is connected with a traction member and the other end is connected with the sleeve portion. A part of the introducer accessory or the whole introducer accessory can be pulled out from the circular stapler in one piece in the form of a strip. The introducer accessory can be directly sleeved around the outside of the circular stapler during surgery, no additional component is required to be assembled on the circular stapler.

Therefore, an operator cannot hold the firing handle (3) to fire the anastomat, thereby avoiding false firing of the anastomat.

摘要： A closure driving mechanism and a surgical stapler are provided. The closure driving mechanism includes a firing handle (3), a first slider (5), a locking member, a closure driver (83), and an actuating rod (2). The locking member fits with the first slider when the firing handle (3) is actuated in an initial state and separates from the first slider (5) after the stapler being fired. Therefore, the closure driver (83) is locked by the fit cooperation between the first slider (5) and the locking member after a head assembly is closed, to avoid the pulling sheet (12) from moving distally during a firing process. After the firing process is fired, the locking member no longer locks the closure driver (83), therefore, the cartridge and the anvil can be opened automatically.
