摘要： The invention relates to a method for watermarking a content, wherein the content is available in different versions on a server for at least a client and wherein the different versions of the content are subdivided into temporally aligned chunks. The method comprises obtaining, for each version of the content, candidate locations for watermarking; determining a watermark payload bit insertion rate according to a minimum path, wherein the minimum path comprises, for all sets of temporally aligned chunks, the chunks with the smallest number of candidate locations; and generating watermark embedding metadata for each version of the content such that the watermark payload bit insertion rate is the same. 摘要： A Frame Rate Up-Conversion (FRUC) derivation process, based on frame rate up-conversion techniques, is developed in the reference software JEM (Joint Exploration Model) by the Joint Video Exploration Team (JVET). In one embodiment, a modified FRUC derivation process improves the performances of the current FRUC tool is provided. For example, some candidates of a bi-predictive pair may be discarded initially, which would save signification processing time. The discarding decision may depend on various criteria such as, e.g., a ratio between matching costs of a bi-predictive pair from two reference picture lists, a difference between the matching costs of a bi-predictive pair normalized by their respective template areas.

For example, an initial list of motion vector candidates defined in the FRUC derivation process may be reordered, and/or one or more of the ordered motion vector candidates in the defined list may be removed to improve the efficiency of the process. The reordering and/or the removal may be based on, e.g., one or more of previously determined motion vector candidates of one or more previously decoded blocks. In addition, the adaptive reordering mode may be signaled by the encoder to the decoder as part of the modified FRUC derivation process.
