摘要： A fluid-heating system has a plurality of heating units (5) in which each heating unit is configured to generate, in use, a first output of a heated fluid and/or a second output of a heated fluid, the combination of the first and second outputs generating a unit output and the combination of unit outputs from each unit generating a total system output, and in which each heating unit comprises a controller for controlling its first output. A source of the heated primary fluid (3) arranged to supply the heated primary fluid to each heating unit, such that each heating unit can utilise the heated primary fluid to generate its first and second outputs. The system is configured to regulate the total system output by controlling the first output of each heating unit.
