    • In order to improve the shock burst resistance without degrading the performance on ice, a run-flat tire includes: a plurality of sipes (60) formed in blocks (20); a belt reinforcing layer (40) disposed on an outer side in a tire radial direction of a belt layer (14); and a side reinforcing rubber (50) disposed in sidewall portions (8), wherein a density of the sipes (60) formed in a center block (21) is within a range from 0.10 cords/mm or greater to 0.30 cords/mm or smaller, the belt reinforcing layer (40) includes a center reinforcing portion (41) in which more center reinforcing portions (41) are stacked at a position of a center region Ac than at positions other than the center region Ac, a width Wc of the center reinforcing portion (41) of the belt reinforcing layer (40) is within a range of 0.5 Gr ≤ Wc ≤ 2.5 Gr with respect to a thickness Gr of the side reinforcing rubber (50) at the tire maximum width position P, and an average width of the width Wc of the center reinforcing portion (41) is within a range from 50% or greater to 90% or smaller of a width WL of the center block (21).

    • In a pneumatic tire (1), a plurality of first land portions (3A) are arrayed adjacent to each other in a tire circumferential direction, and a plurality of second land portions (3B) are arrayed adjacent to each other in the tire circumferential direction. Moreover, the first land portions (3A) and the second land portions (3B) are each arrayed in a staggered manner along a tire equatorial plane (CL). Additionally, the first land portions (3A) and the second land portions (3B) each include a plurality of through grooves (41), (42) that extend through the land portions (3A), (3B) and open to the pair of inclined main grooves, and a plurality of blocks (51) to (53) defined by the through grooves (41), (42). The blocks (51) to (53) include an innermost center block (51) that is defined as a block closest to the tire equatorial plane (CL). In addition, an edge portion of the innermost center block (51) includes a notch portion (61) that opens to a connection portion of inclined main grooves (2A), (2B).

    • An object of the present invention is to provide both driving performance on icy road surfaces in a low air pressure state and driving performance on icy road surfaces in a normal air pressure state in a compatible manner. A run-flat tire including a reinforcing rubber layer (10a) with a roughly crescent-shaped meridian cross-section disposed in sidewall portions at both sides in a tire width direction. The tread portion (2) is provided formed of a tread rubber that includes a cap tread rubber (CA) and an undertread rubber (UT) disposed on an inner side of the cap tread rubber (CA) in a tire radial direction and having a higher hardness than the cap tread rubber (CA). In a meridian cross-section, a gauge of the undertread rubber (UT) on a shoulder land portion (23S) on an outer side of an outermost main groove (22) located furthest outward in the tire width direction is thicker than a gauge of the undertread rubber (UT) of a center land portion (23C) closest to a tire equatorial plane (CL).
