      There is provided a self-steering bogie having a simple structure having improved running stability and curving performance.
      Solution
      A tread 5 of a wheel 3 in contact with a rail 4 is inclined so that a radius of rotation is gradually increased outward with reference to the rail, and is inclined in a direction opposite to a conventional tread. Thus, gravitational restoring forces F1 and F2 generated by wheel loads P1 and P2 are oriented outward with reference to the rail. Thus, when displacement in a yaw direction occurs, the gravitational restoring forces F1 and F2 generate a moment M in a direction of eliminating the displacement in the yaw direction with respect to a center O1 of a bogie. The moment M is a self-steering moment that causes the bogie to follow the rail 4.
