摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method and a serving radio base station (RBS) for link adaptation (LA) of PDCCH. The method includes obtaining information about a reduced power subframe (RPS) pattern used by a neighboring RBS. An indication of a reception quality of the PDCCH at a user equipment (UE) is obtained. A determination is made whether the obtained indication relates to an RPS or a non-RPS according to the obtained information. A first LA loop for a PDCCH to the first UE is controlled. The first LA loop relates to non-RPS. A second LA loop for the PDCCH to the UE is controlled. The second LA loop relates to RPS. At least one of the first and second LA algorithms, depending on the determining, is controlled based on the obtained indication of a reception quality.

The desired signal is transmitted in place of the another signal as said at least one interfering signal on one or more TFREs of the IMR when the at least one transmission point is to transmit the desired signal to the receiving node (540) or to the another node (550). The another signal is transmitted on TFREs of said IMR where no desired signal is transmitted and the another signal is muted on TFRE's of said IMR where the desired signal is transmitted.

摘要： A method is disclosed for use in a heterogeneous telecommunications system of the kind comprising a macro base station and a low-power base station, the low-power base station having a coverage which is extendible by range expansion, RE, to serve a user equipment which would otherwise have been served by the macro base station. According to the method, which is performed in either of the macro base station or the low-power base station, information about radio conditions of the user equipment at least with respect to the macro base station is obtained (310). Based on the obtained information, it is determined (320) whether a criterion for conditional range expansion is satisfied, said criterion being related to the uplink transmission power of the user equipment to the macro base station. Accordingly, range expansion is applied (330) for the user equipment only when the criterion is satisfied. A corresponding base station, telecommunications system and computer readable storage medium are also disclosed.
