      Independent automatic analysis apparatuses 1A and 1B of the invention include controllers 82A and 82B for controlling an operation of each unit of the apparatus, reagent-related information input/output units 81A and 81B for inputting and outputting reagent-related information I related to a reagent installed in a reagent supply portion including a reagent in use, reagent vessel detection units 83A and 83B for detecting that a reagent vessel is taken in and/or taken out of the automatic analysis apparatus, and reagent-related information reading units 84A and 84B for reading reagent-related information C from the reagent and/or reagent vessel in use detected to be taken in by the reagent vessel detection unit. The controllers 82A and 82B compare the reagent-related information C read by the reagent-related information reading unit 84A and 84B with the reagent-related information I input to the reagent-related information input/output units 81A and 81B, and control an operation of the reagent supply portion based on a comparison result thereof.

    • Provided are an automatic analysis device and a reagent amount display method capable of setting an appropriate amount of reagent at all times regardless of a skill level of an operator.
      The automatic analysis device of the invention includes a history information storage unit 80 configured to store history information related to a previously conducted analysis, a number-of-analyses calculation unit 81 configured to calculate a number of analyses per unit, which is a number of analyses per day on each analysis day, for each analysis item from the history information, a classification/storage unit 82 configured to classify and store the number of analyses per unit by day of the week, a reagent remaining amount detection unit 83 configured to detect a reagent remaining amount, a conversion unit 84 configured to read each number of analyses per unit over a predetermined period corresponding to a day of a week of an analysis implementation date from the classification/storage unit 82 and convert the read each number of analyses per unit into a reagent usage amount with regard to each reagent used for the analysis for each analysis item, and a display device 192 configured to arrange and display information associated with the reagent usage amount and the reagent remaining amount for each reagent.
