摘要： The invention relates to a false twist texturing machine for carrying out the false twist texturing of several synthetic fibers in a number of processing locations respectively having several supply devices, a primary heating device, a cooling device, a false twist unit, a secondary heating device and a winding device. A winding module is provided for accommodating the winding devices, and a process module is provided for accommodating the false twist units. A doffing passage is formed along the winding module, and a servicing passage is formed along the process module. In order to realize a short threadline, the process module and the winding module are assembled to form a frame part situated between the servicing passage and the doffing passage. The thread transition from the process module to the winding module is formed by the secondary heating device oriented in a horizontal direction so that the thread is guided between the false twist unit and the winding device on the frame part in an essentially U-shaped threadline.

Each processing position consists of several processing units (6, 7, 8), a winding device (20), on which a suction device (25), provided with a receiving opening (26), is arranged for transporting the thread (36), and at least one guiding tube (18), which comprises an injector (19), for the pneumatic transportation of the thread (36). To initially fasten the thread in the winding device, a blast opening (27), embodied on the end of the guiding tube (18), cooperates with the receiving opening (26) of the suction device (25). According to the invention, the blast opening (27) of the guiding tube (18) and the receiving opening (26) of the suction device (25) are arranged opposite each other in a guide plane which is essentially identical to or near a cross-winding plane. Within said traversing plane, the thread (36) is led through a traversing thread guide (37) during the winding process.

Each of the processing points have a number of process units, a winding device, to which a suction device with a receiving opening for leading the thread away is assigned, and have at least one guide tube, which has an injector and which is provided for pneumatically conveying the thread. In order to initially lay down the thread in the winding device, a blowing opening, which is provided at the end of the guide tube, interacts with a receiving opening of the suction device. According to the invention, the blowing openings of the guide tube and the receiving opening of the suction device are located opposite one another. The guide tube is designed so that it can be displaced thereby enabling the blowing opening to be held in a number of positions relative to the receiving opening in order to transfer and lay down the thread. This results in a reliable and flexible guiding of the thread for the automatic threading and laying down in the winding device.
