    • A belt junction belt conveyor in which a thick periphery (a convex part) of a belt is elastically held after the belt is rewound by an upper and lower inclined pulleys so that the belt can travel smoothly with suppressing bias due to belt rewinding. In this mechanism, a junction belt (7) is disposed in an inclined manner to have a predetermined degree, for example, 45 to a confluence of a carrier line (3), in which a pair of upper and lower inclined pulleys (11,12) are arranged adjacent to the disposed part, and both end pulleys (8,9) are mounted on a position where a double angle of the predetermined angle is maintained while keeping a distance from each other at the disposed side so that an advancing side belt and a returning side belt (7), respectively, are rewound by the upper and lower inclined pulleys (11,12) to travel toward each of the end pulleys (8,9).

    • A belt curve conveyor in which a guide wheel provided inside of a belt rotates 90 degrees sequentially by the operation of a lock handle, which allows the belt to be removed easily. It comprises a number of guide wheel units (50) mounted on an outer peripheral part of a belt so as to pinch a belt end in which semicircular edges (38, 38) abutting guide wheels (52, 52) are formed on both front and back surfaces of the peripheral part of the belt. Each guide wheel units (50) are composed of a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel abutting an outer edge of a forward belt and a return belt (10), and of a third guide wheel and a fourth guide wheel abutting an inner edge of a forward belt and a return belt (10). The first and fourth guide wheels are supported by a holder (40) provided adjacent to an outer peripheral side plate (8), and the second and third guide wheels are supported by the upper and lower edges of a bracket (45) mounted on the inner centre of the holder in a rotatable manner. Each guide wheels are biased elastically in the peripheral direction by a spacer rubber or a rubber bush (53) engaged in its axis part such that the periphery of a guide wheel opposed to each other come to contact with an edge (38) formed in proximate to the belt outer periphery so as to provide a belt with tension. A lock part (60) is built-in a case 48 accommodating an axis part arranged at the centre of each holder, and a keyhole (61) is formed on the outer surface of the case (480 such that all the second and third guide wheels become separated from the inner surface of the belt in such a manner to sequentially insert a key part (63) of a lock handle into each lock part (60) and to rotate (90) degrees to remove the belt.

    • A sorting conveyor is provided with a cross-sorter which can travel smoothly on a semicircular comer part of a travelling path. A large number of transporting units (1) are connected and travel on loop shaped transporting route in which an endless belt conveyor (2) provided at the respective transporting units (1) is driven in a direction perpendicular to the travelling direction at a sorting position. A chassis of the transporting unit consists of a beam shaped link (5) connectable to the front and rear ends thereof via connecting units (14), and a base (7) fixed to the centre of the upper part of the link (5). A centre guide wheel (8) is suspended from the connecting unit (14) of the end of the link (6) to come into contact with a guide rail of the transporting route. A travelling wheel (9) and a guide wheel (10) are mounted adjacent to both ends of a base (7) to come into contact with a guide rail of both sides of the transporting route. The wheels (9, 10) travel along a circular excursion whose centre is a focus point of the transporting route. The connecting unit (14) is assembled in such a manner that spacers are inserted detachably at end part of the link, and the connecting units support a shaft part of the centre guide wheel (8) with a spherical sliding bearing.
