摘要： An electronic device and a method of an electronic device comprising: while the electronic device is in a locked state, detecting if the electronic device is lifted; in response to detecting that the electronic device is lifted while the electronic device is in the locked state and a display of the electronic device is inactivated, activating the display to display a locking screen on the display, obtaining an image from a camera, detecting a face included in the obtained image, and performing an authentication of a user based on the face being detected in the obtained image; and based on a result of the authentication being successful, switching a state of the electronic device from the locked state to an unlocked state and displaying an indicator for indicating that the electronic device is switching to the unlocked state.
