    • An electronic device, according to an illustrative embodiment of the present document, may comprise: a housing; an antenna structure; a first conductive material; and a second conductive material. The housing may provide the front surface of the electronic device and the rear surface of the electronic device. The antenna structure may include a printed circuit board positioned within the housing. The printed circuit board may include a first surface facing the front or rear surface and a second surface facing a direction opposite to the first surface. The printed circuit board may include a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a dielectric. The first conductive layer may include a first antenna element and a second antenna element that do not overlap each other when viewed from the top of the first surface. The second conductive layer is located closer to the second surface than the first conductive layer and may act as a ground plane. The dielectric may be located between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The first conductive material may be located between the front surface and the second surface when the first surface faces the rear surface, and may be located between the rear surface and the second surface when the first surface faces the front surface. The first conductive material may overlap the second conductive layer when viewed from the top of the first surface. The second conductive material may be located closer to the front surface than the first conductive material when the first surface faces the rear surface, and may be located closer to the rear surface than the first conductive material when the first surface faces the front surface. The second conductive material may overlap the first conductive material when viewed from the top of the first surface. When viewed from the top of the first surface, the second conductive layer may include a second edge corresponding to a first edge of the first antenna element or the second antenna element. When viewed from the top of the first surface, the second conductive material includes a third edge corresponding to the second edge, and the second edge may be located between the first edge and the third edge. Various other embodiments may be possible.

    • According to an embodiment disclosed herein, an electronic apparatus may comprise a foldable housing, a communication circuit, a first sensor IC, a second sensor IC, a first switching circuit, a processor, and memory. The foldable housing may include a first housing that is hinge-connected to a second housing, a first side member that is disposed on a side surface of the first housing and includes a plurality of first conductive parts, and a second side member that is disposed on a side surface of the second housing and includes a plurality of second conductive parts. The communication circuit is electrically connected to a first conductive part among the plurality of first conductive parts, and may be configured to transmit and/or receive signals in a selected or designated frequency band. The first sensor IC is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of first conductive parts and can measure capacitance. The second sensor IC is electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of second conductive parts and can measure capacitance. The first switching circuit may be electrically connected to the first conductive part and a second conductive part among the plurality of first conductive parts. The memory can store instructions that cause the processor to perform a plurality of operations when executed. The plurality of operations may include an operation for controlling the first switching circuit. Here, when the foldable housing is in a folded state, the first conductive part and the second conductive part may be electrically connected on the basis of at least one of the capacitance measured by the first sensor IC or the capacitance measured by the second sensor IC. Various other embodiments may be possible.
