    • An injection unit capable of harmonizing an operation of a first movable section with an operation of a second movable section is provided. An injection unit includes: a first cylinder (20) ; a first movable section (22) which moves a molding material in the first cylinder (20); a second cylinder (30) to which the molding material is fed from the first cylinder (20); a second movable section (32) which moves the molding material in the second cylinder (30); a nozzle (40) which injects the molding material into amoldunit; a switching section (50) which switches a flow direction of the molding material between the first cylinder (20), the second cylinder (30), and the nozzle (40) ; andadetecting unit (80) which detects information about pressure of the molding material in the switching section (50).

    • An injection molding system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an injection molding part (5, 6) configured to perform a molding operation, a power supply part (75) configured to supply power to a peripheral equipment (80), and a control part (70) configured to control the injection molding part (5, 6) and the power supply part (75). The control part (70) includes a power supply control part (71) configured to switch to supply or shut off power to the peripheral equipment (80). Preferably, the power supply control part (71) switches to supply or shut off power to the peripheral equipment (80) depending on an operational status of the injection molding part (5, 6). More preferably, the power supply control part (71) shuts off power to the peripheral equipment (80) when the molding operation shuts down.
