摘要： A disk cartridge includes a lower case having an opening hole, an upper case for accommodating a disk together with the lower case, a shutter for opening and shutting the opening hole, and a close covering member closely contacting a non-information area at an inner circumference of the disk when the shutter is closed and being separated from the non-information area at an inner circumference of the disk when the shutter is open. Thus, when the shutter is closed, intrusion of dust is prevented so that the possibility of the information area of the disk being contaminated is lowered.

摘要： A disk cartridge includes a case for accommodating a disk, a cover, installed at the case to be capable of being open and shut and having an open hole formed therein open to the outside, a shutter, installed under the disk in the case to be capable of moving, for opening/shutting an opening hole formed in the case and a clamping member, installed at the cover to seal the open hole, for clamping the disk. Thus, since the clamping member blocks the hole of the cover connected to the outside, the possibility of intrusion of dust into the disk cartridge is reduced. Also, since there is no need to installed the clamping member at the disk drive, the disk drive can be made simplified and slim.

摘要： Provided is a disk cartridge including a case in which a disk is stored, a cover installed on the case while having an opening opened to outside, and a shutter movably installed in the case in a lower direction of a disk to open and close an aperture formed on the case. Here, the disk cartridge has guide holes formed on the case along the trace of the shutter, and support members formed on the shutter to be guided into the guide holes while having ends which are interfered by the peripherals of the guide holes. Therefore, since the peripherals of the guide holes interfere in the ends of the support members, the shutter is prevented from being deformed even when an external force is applied through the aperture in the closed state of the shutter. In addition, the shutter can firmly close the aperture.
