摘要： The invention relates to a method for structuring a surface, in other words, for forming at least one set of irregularities or patterns (2) having a submicronic height H and at least one characteristic lateral dimension W referred to as the micronic or submicronic width, on a surface of a material (1), in particular a glass, by means of ion-beam etching using an optionally neutralised ion beam, characterised in that said method comprises the following steps: providing said material with a thickness of at least 100 nm, the material being hybrid and solid and including a single or mixed oxide of element(s), the molar percentage of oxide in the material being at least 40%, in particular 40% to 94%, and at least one species, separate from the oxide element(s), in particular a metal, the molar percentage of species in the material ranging from 6% to 50% and being lower than the percentage of said oxide, with at least the majority of the species having a largest characteristic dimension smaller than 50 nm, said hybrid material in particular being metastable prior to said etching; optionally heating said hybrid material prior to said etching; and structuring the surface of said hybrid material with an etching time of less than one hour on an etching surface of more than 1 cm

摘要： The invention relates to a method for forming a texture on a substrate, comprising: depositing a deformable layer on the substrate; bringing the deformable layer into contact with the textured surface of a secondary stamp; introducing the covered substrate and the secondary stamp into a bag made from non-permeable material; introducing the bag and the contents thereof into a sealed chamber; removing the air from the chamber until a pressure value of at most 0.5 bar is obtained; sealing the bag before reintroducing air into the chamber; introducing the sealed bag and the contents thereof into an autoclave; applying a pressure of between 0.5 and 8 bar and a temperature of between 25 and 400 °C for a period of between 15 minutes and several hours; opening the bag; and separating the substrate and the secondary stamp. The invention also relates to: a transparent assembly comprising a glass substrate covered with a textured layer, which is obtained using the above method; and the uses of the method in order to obtain a substrate intended for extracting, guiding or redirecting light, or a superhydrophobic or superhydrophilic substrate.

摘要： The invention relates to a material comprising: (i) a substrate which is provided with a titanium oxide-based coating which is topped with a thin hydrophilic layer, said thin hydrophilic layer forming at least part of the external surface of the material and containing no titanium oxide; or (ii) a substrate which is provided with a coating based on titanium oxide and silicon oxide, whereby the titanium oxide content at the external surface of the material is non-null and the silicon oxide content is greater on the surface than inside the layer. The invention relates to the use of said material in order to prevent mineral fouling from being deposited on the external surface in the absence of water runoff.
