摘要： The inventive prestressable and flexural layer system with a low emissivity is used for a partition glass and is provided with a functional silver layer and a metallic sacrificed layer which is made of Ti or a Ti alloy and of Zn and/or Al and arranged thereunder. Said system also comprises anti-reflection dielectric layers and an oxidised covering layer which is nitrided or oxynitrided. The metallic sacrificed layer contains chemically bound hydrogen. A ZnO layer eventually stimulated with Al and/or In is adjacent to the metallic sacrified layer. The covering layer comprises a titanium compound. The analogous layer systems can be produced in a comparatively economical manner exhibiting a high hardness and chemical resistance. The colour parameters of said systems are easily reproducible even when they are thermally treated at a high temperature.

摘要： A highly heat-resistant low-emissivity multilayer system for transparent substrates, and in particular for glass panes, comprises, starting from the substrate, at least: a lower antireflection coating, consisting of several partial layers and including a layer essentially consisting of ZnO to which a silver-based functional layer is adjacent; an essentially metallic blocking layer located on top of the silver-based layer; an upper antireflection coating, consisting of several partial layers; and a top coating, possibly consisting of several partial layers. The upper antireflection coating comprises: a partial layer made of ZnO or a ZnMeOx mixed oxide that contains ZnO or a succession of layers of mixed oxides of the ZnO: Al/ZnMeOx type; a partial layer made of Si3N4 or SixOyNz; and, between these two partial layers, a separating layer with a thickness of 0.5 to 5 nm, consisting of a metal oxide or a mixed oxide with a cubic crystal lattice, which prevents direct contact between these two partial layers. The intermediate separating layer according to the invention makes it possible for the mechanical and chemical properties of the multilayer system to be further improved and for the coated glass panes obtained to be highly resistant to technical manipulation.

摘要： The invention relates to a stack of layers capable of resisting a strong thermal stress, comprising silver as a functional layer, a sacrificial metal layer disposed on top of the silver layer and anti-reflection dielectric layers. The inventive system comprises a layer of metal nitride between the silver layer and the sacrificial metal layer. Said metal nitride layer comprises, in particular, Si3 N4 and/or AlN and constitutes an effective barrier against diffusion. As a result, the optical and energy properties of the silver layer remain essentially unchanged even after a strong thermal stress (for example, bending-type prestressing and/or curvature, tempering of glass provided with the stack of layers).
