摘要： A system for collecting small amounts of body fluids, comprising a drive unit with a holder which moves from a first position to a second position when the drive unit is activated, and a disposable piercing unit with a retaining zone which is removably disposed in the holder, enabling the proximal end of a longitudinal capillary structure to be connected to at least one capillary channel for conveying body fluid and the distal end of the capillary structure is suitable for piercing skin. When the holder is arranged in the first position, the distal end of the capillary structure is located outside the skin. In the second position, said end penetrates the skin to a specific depth which is the depth of penetration. The invention is characterized in that the at least one capillary channel is outwardly open, at least in one region encompassing at least one part of the longitudinal extension of the capillary structure.

摘要： The invention relates to a lancet device, by means of which a lancet (8) can be displaced along a puncturing path in order to create a puncture wound on a skin surface, especially to obtain body fluid for diagnostic purposes. Said lancet device comprises a lancet drive (2) with a driving means (4, 20, 24) generating a driving force for a puncturing movement of the lancet (8) along the puncturing path in the direction of the skin surface. The inventive lancet drive (2) is provided with a magnet (5, 23), with the aid of which a magnetic retaining force can be generated that acts counter to the driving force, as well as triggering means (6, 20) which allow the retaining force to be reduced such that the lancet (8) is accelerated in the direction of the skin surface under the effect of the driving force generated by the driving means (4, 20, 24). The invention further relates to a method for creating a puncture wound, in which the driving spring (4) is maintained in a clamped state by means of a magnetic retaining force acting counter to the driving force before a puncture wound is triggered.

摘要： The invention relates to lancets and lancet needles, the tip of the lancet needle being embedded in an elastic material.
