    • A distance measurement apparatus (100) including: multiple phototransmitters to emit light beams to a range to be measured, preferably from VCSEL optical systems (23F, 23B); multiple photosensors (71A to 71D) each to receive a light beam reflected from an object within the range to be measured; and a distance-measurement control unit to calculate a distance to the object based on time of light emission of each of the phototransmitters and time of light reception of each of the photosensors. The photosensors (71A to 71D) outnumber the phototransmitters. A TOF photosensor unit (61) includes the TOF optical systems (71A, 71B, 71C, 71D) as multiple photosensors that receive light reflected from a full-spherical range to be measured so as to obtain three-dimensional point group data. The TOF optical system (71A) of the TOF photosensor unit (61) is in a first stage and the TOF optical systems (71B, 71C, and 71D) are in a second stage. The VCSEL optical systems (23F, 23B) and CMOS optical systems (31R, 31L) of a CMOS photosensor unit are in a third stage. The CMOS photosensor unit acquires a two-dimensional image. The VCSEL optical system (23B, 23F) serves as a fish-eye lens and emits emits light beam to a full-spherical range to be measured with the emitted light beams.
