摘要： The invention relates to a system for managing data originating from and destined for a motor vehicle, comprising: a first data communication unit (4) permanently disposed on-board the vehicle; a second data communication unit (17) disposed at a distance from the vehicle; and a device for transmitting, receiving and storing data (2) originating from and destined for the vehicle, said device including means (3) for communicating data with the first (4) and second communication units, means (23) for interfacing with a user of the vehicle and data storage means (34). The second communication unit is a computer terminal (17, 17', 20) connected to a computer network, such as the Internet and/or an intranet, providing access to an interactive computer application, such as to transmit data originating from the vehicle and to receive said data destined for the data transmission, reception and storage device (2) and the vehicle. The invention is characterised in that the system includes at least two data transmission, reception and storage devices (2) which can synchronise non-custom data that have become obsolete, by comparing the data contained in the at least two data transmission, reception and storage devices (2) in the first communication unit (4) and in the second communication unit (17), said synchronisation being performed by the first communication unit (4), by the second communication unit (17) or directly therebetween by means of a communication established as soon as one of the at least two devices (2) detects another of said devices in the environment thereof.

摘要： The invention relates to a system for managing a fleet of motor vehicles, comprising a central platform (1) which can store data for the management of the fleet and an interface (6) located remotely from the vehicle, enabling communication between a driver and the central platform (1). Each vehicle of the fleet can be accessed via a storage key (10) which can store data relating to the identification and operation of the vehicle, as well as data relating to the fleet management contract, and which can be used to manage the engine start-up/engine immobilisation and locking/unlocking functions of the vehicle. Each key can be activated and released by the central platform (1) at the user's request via the above-mentioned remote interface that can communicate with the central platform.
