摘要： An extrusion device for producing elastomeric compounds, includes a holding body internally confining a chamber and at least one extrusion screw disposed in the chamber. The device further includes a plurality of interchangeable extrusion heads alternatively installed on the holding body at a discharge opening of the chamber. The choice of using a type of head rather than another or leaving the discharge opening free is carried out based on the physico-chemical features of the elastomeric compound to be treated, so as to maintain the temperature and/or pressure of the outgoing compound under critical threshold values for such a compound.

A first circuit (13) for a heat-exchange fluid for temperature control is formed in the mandrel (3) and comprises a central channel (15) extending in the mandrel (3) along the longitudinal axis (X-X) and a plurality of parallel peripheral channels (18) extending in a peripheral portion of the mandrel (3) close to the annular chamber (4) and in fluid communication with the central channel (15).

摘要： An apparatus for producing elastomeric compounds comprises: a device for reducing an elastomeric compound (4) into small pieces (3) of controlled sizes; a device (5) for continuously feeding the elastomeric compound (4) to an inlet (8) of the device (2) for reducing into small pieces (3); a mixing extruder (6) having an inlet opening (18a) operatively connected with an outlet (16) of the device (2) for reducing into small pieces (3); a device for detecting at least one magnitude value (L, C) indicative of the filling degree of the mixing extruder (6). A control unit (26) operatively connected to the device (2) for reducing into small pieces (3) and the detecting device (25), adjusts the operating speed of the device (2) for reducing into small pieces (3) in such a manner as to maintain said indicative magnitude in the neighbourhood of a predetermined value.
