摘要： The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for assessing the particle size of a blast furnace raw material, wherein individual particles of a raw material are detected from a video image captured to assess the particle size of the raw material, and the type of the raw material is simultaneously identified, thereby assessing the particle size with regard to each raw material type. A video acquisition unit acquires continuous videos of raw materials transferred to a blast furnace. An assessment unit identifies the type of raw materials according to the boundary of respective raw materials and the surface color and pattern of respective raw materials, based on the difference in brightness of raw material images included in the videos, by using a preconfigured deep learning algorithm. The representative size value of raw material individual particles is determined by using size information based on the number of pixels occupied by raw material individual particles in the raw material images. In addition, the assessment unit calculates the average particle size of all raw materials according to the determined representative size value of raw material individual particles, and calculates the particle size with regard to each raw material type according to the raw material type distinguished according to the deep learning algorithm.

摘要： The present invention provides: a solution composition for steel sheet surface treatment, the solution composition containing 30-60 wt% of a trivalent chromium compound including chromium phosphate (A) and chromium nitrate (B), 0.2-0.4 wt% of a rust-inhibiting and corrosion-resisting agent, 0.1-0.3 wt% of a molybdenum-based compound, 5-10 wt% of a water-soluble cationic urethane resin, 0.5-2.0 wt% of a silane coupling agent, and 27.3-64.2 wt% of water; a zinc-based plated steel sheet surface-treated with the solution composition; and a manufacturing method for the steel sheet, wherein the zinc-based plated steel sheet treated with the solution composition for steel sheet surface treatment containing trivalent chromium has excellent effects in terms of corrosion resistance, blackening resistance, fingerprint resistance, oil resistance, and alkali resistance.

The apparatus for detecting a defect of a steel plate comprises: a magnetization unit for generating a magnetic flux for magnetizing a steel plate through a first magnetic pole and a second magnetic pole; and a magnetic flux leakage detection unit for detecting the intensity of a magnetic flux leakage leaking as the generated magnetic flux passes through the defect, wherein the magnetic flux leakage detection unit is arranged to be spaced apart in the forwarding direction or opposite direction of the steel plate from the center of the lower part of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole, and comprises a first magnetic flux leakage detection part arranged on the opposite surface of the surface on which the magnetization unit is arranged between both surfaces of the steel plate; and a second magnetic flux leakage detection part which is arranged in the direction of the lower portion of at least one of the first magnetic pole and the second magnetic pole, and arranged on a surface on which the magnetization unit is arranged between both surfaces of the steel plate.
