摘要： An optical disc device wherein a highly permeable optical disc and an 8cm optical disc loaded with an adaptor can be discriminated and disc ejection control process can be easily and surely performed by a simple mechanism. The optical disc device is provided with a main body wherein an optical disc can be stored; a disc inserting/ejecting port (11) from which the optical disc can be inserted and ejected into and from the main body; and a roller which is arranged inside the main body and transfers the optical disc into the main body by sandwiching and rotating the optical disc . A mechanical type detector, which detects the optical disc by bringing a contact element into contact with at least a front side or a rear side of the optical disc, is provided inside the main body, and disc discrimination and disc ejection control process are easily and surely performed.

The disc device provides a working space (S) below a desired disc (12) by vertically moving the disc (12), and after a turning arm (30) is positioned at a prescribed position, the desired disc (12) is set on the turning arm (30) and record reproduction is performed. 摘要： An optical disc device by which existence of a disc can be accurately detected. The optical disc device (10) is provided with a main body having a disc loading/ejecting port (11), and a transfer roller for transferring the disc between the disc loading/ejecting port (11) and a disc storing position of the main body.
