摘要： An endoscopic operation assisting device includes a first handle member, a second handle member, and an operation switch. The first handle member and the second handle member are openable and closable. The first handle member includes, in an opening and closing surface portion thereof, a groove forming an insertion section holding hole for holding an insertion section of an endoscope. Further, the first handle member includes a step portion on a surface portion thereof contraposed to the opening and closing surface portion, the step portion including a flat surface which is provided at a distal end side disposed toward the direction of a distal end portion of the insertion section and which is lower than a proximal end side. Meanwhile, the second handle member includes, in an opening and closing surface portion thereof, a groove forming the insertion section holding hole. The operation switch is juxtaposed to one side surface of the flat surface included in the first handle member.

摘要： An endoscope system comprises an endoscope (10), medical instrument, operating unit (45), first (40) and second (30) drive units, and control unit (20). The endoscope comprises a flexible insertion tube (11) being inserted into an object being examined. The medical instrument is partially inserted into the object through the insertion tube (11) and the operating unit (20) is used for commanding the medical instrument to operate. The first drive unit (40) drives the medical instrument to enable an inserting and pulling-out operation of the medical instrument with the object through the insertion tube (11). The second drive (30) unit drives the medical instrument to enable the medical instrument to perform a therapeutic operation in the object. The control unit (20) controls drive of the first and second driving devices depending on both an operated state of the operating device and an interference state caused between the medical instrument and the insertion tube when the instrument is actually used.

摘要： A therapeutic system is provided, which is preferable to a treatment of the pancreatic duct and binary duct for Roux-en-Y gastrectomy patients. The therapeutic system is provided with a catheter equipped with an Imaging device outputting a signal in reply to imaging, an overtube to be inserted into inside a patient, and a display displaying images based on the signal outputted from the imaging device. The overtube has an insertion channel into which the catheter is inserted, a therapeutic instrument channel into which a therapeutic instrument is inserted, an elevating base formed in an opening located at a distal end of, at least, the therapeutic-instrument channel, and an operation device to operate the elevating base. The elevating base is formed to allow a distal end portion of the therapeutic instrument to be mounted on the elevating base to elevate the distal end portion.
