摘要： The disclosure relate to an apparatus comprising means for: performing (710) beam-specific measurements of a plurality of beams of at least one cell; filtering (720) the beam-specific measurements, wherein the filtering of the beam-specific measurements is a layer 1 filtering or a physical layer filtering; applying (750) a selection function to the filtered beam-specific measurements, wherein the selection function comprises at least one of an average of more than one best reference signal received power based on the filtered beam-specific measurements, or cell specific weighting; determining a cell level quality based on at least one result of the applying of the selection function; additionally filtering, at a higher layer, based on the determination of the cell level quality; and obtaining a cell-specific quality value based on the additional filtering at the higher layer, wherein the at least one cell, with a number of beams with quality levels above a predefined threshold quality, is ranked higher than another cell with a lower number of beams with quality levels above a predefined threshold quality.
