    • [Problem] To provide a bus bar attachment device and a bus bar attachment method whereby the work of attaching a bus bar to a battery can be done faster and less expensively, and the bus bar can be positioned relative to the battery with high precision.
      [Solution] A bus bar attachment device (100) comprises a bus bar supply part (120) for supplying a bus bar (70) onto a pallet (110), and a pressing part (130) for causing two adjacent surfaces in the bus bar supplied by the bus bar supply part to hit against two adjacent wall surfaces in a bus bar positioning part (113) of the pallet. The bus bar is supplied by the bus bar supply part to a position where the two surfaces come to face the two wall surfaces in the bus bar positioning part, and the two surfaces are made by the pressing part to hit against the two wall surfaces in the bus bar positioning part to set the position of the bus bar relative to a battery (10C).

    • In order to provide a battery coupling method and a battery coupling device with which it is possible to alleviate damage on a support member when coupling support members which support battery cells to the battery cells, provided is a battery coupling method with which spacers (40, 90) are coupled to a battery cell (10) which comprises a group of electrodes. The method comprises: a heating step (S12) in which protrusion parts (43, 93) formed on the spacers pass through holes (16) formed in the battery cell, the protrusion parts are pressed from the tip side thereof by a heating unit (120) and subsequently heated to form heat-deformed parts (42, 92) of a size which prevents extraction from the holes; a pressing step (S11) in which the spacers are pressed by a pressing unit (130) which approaches the spacers from the side where the heating unit is positioned; a heating unit separation step (S14) in which the heating unit is separated from the heat-deformed parts after the pressing step (S11); and a pressing unit separation step (S15) in which the pressing unit is separated from the spacers after the heating part separation step (S 14).

      [Solution] A battery manufacturing apparatus 10 that produces a plurality of types of battery modules (first battery module and second battery module) having a cell unit (flat battery) housed inside a case having an upper case and a lower case and having different specifications between a plurality of components (bolted brackets and sleeves) attached to the case. The battery manufacturing apparatus 10 has a first attachment mechanism 30 wherein a plurality of components having different specifications are attached to either the upper case or the lower case; a second attachment mechanism 70 wherein components having no specification differences are attached to the other out of the upper case and the lower case; and a battery housing mechanism 80 having the cell unit (flat battery) arranged between the upper case and the lower case.
