摘要： A capacitive liquid state sensor in which the pressure between gaps is released outside by providing slits in the outer tube electrode and the deterioration of strength due to the slit formation is suppressed. An outer tube electrode (10) so provided as to be spaced from an inner electrode (20) with a predetermined distance has slits (14, 15, 16) along a generator (shown by one-dot-one-dash line A) extending from the fore end (11) to the rear end (12) independently of each other. Between the slits (14, 15, 16), intermediate slit-nonforming portions (17, 18) where no slits are formed are provided. The silts (14, 15, 16) ensures the circulation of liquid between the inside and outside of the outer tube electrode (10) along the axis of the outer tube electrode (10) and can thus release outside the pressure due to volumetric expansion when the liquid present between the gaps freezes. Since the intermediate slit-nonforming portions (17, 18) are provided, the strength of the outer tube electrode (10) can be well maintained, and deformation of the outer tube electrode (10) can be effectively prevented.

摘要： A liquid state detecting sensor which does not have a problem of part item increase nor a problem in assembly, absorbs an error by electrode support and supports both electrodes without damaging an insulating film when the film is formed on the surface of an internal electrode. The liquid state detecting sensor is provided with an external cylinder electrode (10) which is made of a conductor and has a cylindrical shape; an internal electrode (20) which is provided inside the external cylinder electrode along a direction of an axis line G and is made of a conductor; and a rear anchor supporting member (40) which holds and supports the both electrodes (10, 20) on the rear anchor side of the both electrodes (10, 20). The liquid state detecting sensor detects a level and the like of a liquid in a tank (1) by measuring capacitance between the both electrodes, and is provided with a lubber elastic body (30) between the leading edge of the internal electrode (20) or outside a portion close to the leading edge and inside the external cylinder electrode (10) by press fitting. Since the leading edge of the internal electrode (20) or the portion close to the leading edge is elastically supported inside the external cylinder electrode (10), assembly is facilitated and a dimensional error of a part item and vibration can be absorbed.
