    • In a method for enriching valuable substances, in particular phytochemicals, such as polyphenols, colorants, antioxidants and similar, from a liquid raw material, such as lipids, fermentation broths or solvent extracts, the raw material is mixed in a mixing device (5) with a compressed extraction agent, in particular CO
