A cutter (45) which cuts a fiber bundle wound around the first transfer ring (41) integral with a mandrel after the winding process and the second transfer ring (42) to be moved to the mandrel before the winding process between the first and second transfer rings; and holding means (47) which positions and holds the second transfer ring (42) when cutting the fiber bundle by the cutter are arranged. The holding means includes a friction roller (53) to be pressed against an outer circumferential surface of the second transfer ring (42), and a compression spring (55) which biases the friction roller towards the second transfer ring (Fig. 1).

摘要： An object of the invention is to provide a filament winding apparatus equipped with a hoop winding device (3), which efficiently performs a hoop winding process in a short period of time. The filament winding apparatus is equipped with a hoop winding device (3) and a helical winding device (4). The hoop winding device includes a disc-shaped wrapping table, a drive mechanism (20, 23a, 24), which rotatably drives the wrapping table (16), four bobbins (18) supported along a peripheral edge of the wrapping table, and a guide member (34-36), which moves and guides a fiber bundle fed from the bobbins to a mandrel (M) arranged in an insertion hole (27) of the wrapping table. Each bobbin (18) is axially supported in a freely rotatable manner by chucks (41) of a holder (17) fixed to the wrapping table (16). A ratchet mechanism (44, 45, 46), which prevents over-rotation in a fiber bundle feeding direction of the bobbin, is arranged between the holder (17) and the chuck (41) on the same bobbin side (Fig. 1).
