The respective tooth portions (5, 6) formed on the respective opposed surfaces (3, 4) of the pair of dies (1, 2) each include a plurality of tooth portions each having a substantially triangular shape in cross section and a predetermined tooth width, and provided in series on a corresponding one of the respective opposed surfaces (3, 4).
