摘要： A DC sensor signal includes a low-frequency state variation component and a high-frequency noise component both superimposed on a DC level variation component.
A comparing portion samples and compares a reference signal and the DC sensor signal to output a comparison signal. A low-pass filter is inputted with the DC sensor signal and cuts off the high-frequency noise component and the DC level variation component therefrom to pass the low-frequency state variation component. A first reference signal generating portion amplifies an output signal of this low-pass filter at a fixed ratio to generate a first reference signal. A second reference signal generating portion, when the comparison signal is outputted, generates a second reference signal having a fixed values, A selecting portion selects as the reference signal the first reference signal or the second reference signal.
