    • An object is to provide a floating bush bearing device (130) including a circumferential groove (110) over the entire circumference of an outer peripheral surface of a floating bush while ensuring that a pressing force is applied by lubricant oil to the floating bush to reduce oscillation, as well as a turbocharger provided with the bearing device. A floating bush bearing device includes: a rotary shaft disposed rotatably inside a bearing hole of a casing; a floating bush surrounding the rotary shaft; an oil-feed hole of lubricant oil having an opening on an inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole; a plurality of communication holes formed on the floating bush, each extending between an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface of the floating bush, and disposed at intervals in a circumferential direction of the floating bush; and a circumferential groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the floating bush and extending over an entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the floating bush, the circumferential groove passing through openings of the plurality of communication holes or facing the openings of the plurality of communication holes. The circumferential groove has a cross-sectional area which varies in accordance with a circumferential position.

    • A turbomachine includes: a rotational shaft; a pair of thrust collars disposed around the rotational shaft; a thrust bearing disposed around the rotational shaft at an axial directional position between the pair of thrust collars; and an oil-drain channel disposed around the rotational shaft, for draining lubricant oil after lubricating a sliding portion between the thrust bearing and the thrust collars. The oil-guide channel portion has an asymmetric shape with respect to a rotational direction of the rotational shaft, the oil-guide channel portion having a minimum flow-path cross sectional area at a first position on an upstream side in the rotational direction, and a maximum flow-path cross sectional area at a second position on a downstream side of the first position.

    • [Problem] To provide a stem pipe seal device configured so as to cool and lubricate the portion of a first seal ring which is in sliding contact with a liner, thereby preventing the wear of the seal ring and improving the durability of the seal ring. [Solution] A stern pipe seal device (12) for a propeller shaft (10) rotatably supports a propeller (21). The stem pipe seal device is provided with: a housing (13) which is fitted over the liner (11) of the propeller shaft (10) and which holds seal rings; a first seal ring (1) which, among the seal rings, is located closest to the stem; a second seal ring (2) which is disposed on the front side, with respect to the ship, of the first seal ring (1) at a distance from the first seal ring (1); and a discharge opening (31d) which discharges lubricating oil for cooling the first seal ring (1). The stem pipe seal device is characterized in that the discharge opening (31d) is disposed near the slide contact section (G) where the liner (11) and the first seal ring (1) are in sliding contact with each other.
