摘要： The invention relates to an assembly for controlling the position of a roll or the gap pressure of a roll gap, in particular in a fiber web machine, for example a paper, cardboard or tissue machine. The assembly according to the invention comprises at least one actuator (4, 5) driven by fluid pressure for varying the roll position or the roll gap pressure, at least one digital valve regulator (1) connected to the at least one actuator (4, 5) or to a plurality of actuators (4, 5) that are driven by fluid pressure, and at least one first digital, normally open shut-off valve (15, 16, 17, 18). The at least one shut-off valve (15, 16, 17, 18) is provided between the regulator and the actuator, and the at least one pressure regulator comprises a plurality of digital valves and can control a fluid pressure and/or a fluid flow. The invention further relates to related control methods and diagnostic and maintenance methods.

摘要： The invention relates to a digital hydraulic controller (2) comprising at least two rows of valve elements, one of said rows of valve elements being adapted to connect a supply conduit to a controller outlet and the other row of valve elements being adapted to connect the controller outlet to an outlet conduit. The valve elements of every row of valve elements are connected in parallel in the controller (2) and can be switched simultaneously either individually or in various combinations thereof. Each valve element of a row of valve elements has a different flow cross-section. The valve element which has the smallest flow cross-section is present in the row of valve elements twice. The invention further relates to a system unit comprising a differential cylinder (1) and a digital hydraulic controller (2) which has four rows of valve elements, two of which are connected to one pressure chamber of the differential cylinder with their common controller outlet while the other two rows of valve elements are connected to the other pressure chamber of the differential cylinder (1) with their common controller outlet. Due to the fact that the pressure in the two pressure chambers can be independently set, the differential cylinder can be used as a linear actuator that can be precisely set.

摘要： A method is described for monitoring the function of a hydraulic system of a machine, in particular a machine for producing a fibrous material web, such as a paper or cardboard machine. In order to control work fluid pressures, the hydraulic system uses at least one digital-hydraulic regulator (2) which withdraws work fluid stored under pressure from at least one accumulator (33). The hydraulic system is equipped with a supply unit (3) which is activated as required in order to fill the accumulator (33). In the monitoring method, the actual activation frequency and/or activation duration of the supply unit (3) is compared to an expected activation frequency and/or activation duration. If the actual activation frequency and/or activation duration of the supply unit exceeds the expected activation frequency and/or activation duration, it can be concluded that the hydraulic system is defective. A device for performing the method is also described.

摘要： There is described a method for controlling a digital hydraulic controller having a feed line, a drain line, an output line and a plurality of individually switchable on/off valves which selectively connect the feed line to the output line or which connect the output line to the drain line. The method comprises a step of detecting a controlled quantity including a pressure and/or a flow rate of a fluid in said output line, and a step of selecting at least one of the plurality of the valves which is to be switched to control the amount and direction of fluid passing through the selected at least one valve for controlling said controlled quantity to approach a target value. The method further comprises a step of performing a test sequence which includes a calibration of the individual valves by alternately opening two of the valves, one of which connects the feed line to the output line and the other one of which connects the output line to the drain line, and by calculating and setting calibration values for the individual valves according to detected flow and pressure values in the controller, and/or a condition monitoring in which each of the valves is sequentially switched, and in which a valve opening condition of the individual valve is concluded from the detected flow and pressure values in response to the valve switching.

The method comprises a step of interconnecting the two pressure controller sections (41, 42), a step of opening the valve element having the largest flow cross-section of the valve bank (421) on the supply line side of the one pressure controller section (42), a step of opening the valve element having the largest flow cross-section of the valve bank (412) on the outlet line side of the other pressure controller section (41) and a step of scavenging the opened flow path by means of a pressure controller (4) with the help of a working fluid which is under pressure, while the remaining valve elements are closed.
