    • In order to extend the life of lubricant in a gear, the lubricant is forcedly stirred. Stirring members (9) are composed of an elastic body and have a fixing portion (9a) fixed to a sleeve (3) and movable portions (9b) which are moved in the inner peripheral direction of the sleeve (3) by centrifugal force caused by the rotation of each of rotary shafts (1) and are disposed in a position where a lubricant (8) exists. Thus, the movable portions (9b) are moved by the change of the rotational speed of the rotary shaft (1) to thereby forcibly move the lubricant (8), so that the lubricant (8) is gradually mixed as a whole. In addition, the lubricant (8) may be moved by the change of acceleration produced by the rotation of the rotary shaft (1).
