摘要： A housing (3) has a through-hole (7), and an air permeable film (15) is provided in the through-hole (7). A protection structure is constructed from a protection ring (9) and a protection cap (17) and is provided so as to cover, outside the housing (3), the air permeable film (15). A gap (41) between the protection ring (9) and the protection cap (17) is an opening communicating the inside and outside of the protection structure. An outer upper end section (point B) of the opening is, in a cross-sectional view, at a position on the straight line connecting an outer end section (point C) of the air permeable film (15) and an inner lower end section (point A) of the opening or at a position more inward than the straight line. The air permeable film can be protected from an intentional load to the film.
