    • The invention relates to a woven belt for a corrugated cardboard machine. The belt has a tensile stress-absorbing central woven layer (20) in which the warp threads (21, 22) run over at least two weft threads (4) and said layer (20) is covered by an upper layer (10) forming the paper side and a lower layer (30). In the upper layer (10) the warp threads (11, 12, 13, 14) run inwards and outwards over at least two weft threads (4) and in the lower layer (30) the warp threads (31, 32, 33, 34) run inwards over only one weft thread (4) and outwards over at least three weft threads (4). In the upper and lower layers (10, 30) the warp threads (11 to 14, 31 to 34) inside a group of threads are mutually staggered. All the layers (10, 20, 30) are woven together by binding threads (40, 41, 42, 43), whereby the weft threads (4) are tied off in the layers (10, 20, 30). In order to retain a uniform surface even after a longer operating time, there is at least one outer warp thread (11', 12', 13', 14') running along the belt (1) in the upper layer (10) at the edge region (7) of the belt (1) consisting of more wear and/or temperature-resistant material than the inner warp threads (11, 12, 13, 14) of the upper layer (10) between the edge regions (7) of the belt (1).

    • The invention relates to a woven belt for a corrugated board machine. Said belt comprises a first woven layer (20) consisting of warp and weft threads, which absorbs tensile forces in the longitudinal direction (5) of the belt. An additional upper woven layer (10), consisting of warp and weft threads and covering said first woven layer (20), forms a paper face (15) that supports the corrugated board. The woven layers (10, 20) are interconnected by binder threads and the upper woven layer (10) that forms the paper face (15) is permeable to vapour in order to dissipate moisture from the paper face. To guarantee a high friction pairing of the belt and the corrugated card that it supports, without having a detrimental effect on the vapour permeability, a strip (25) of material (25') with a high friction coefficient is provided on the paper face (15), said strip being narrower perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (5) of the belt (1) than the width of said belt (1).

    • The invention relates to a woven belt for a paper machine, especially for a corrugated cardboard machine. Said belt (1, 2, 3) comprises a first fabric layer (20, 60, 80) that absorbs the tensile forces and that consists of warp threads (21, 22; 61, 62, 63, 64; 81, 82, 83, 84) and woof threads (4; 6; 8), and an additional, upper fabric layer (10; 50; 70) that covers the first fabric layer (20; 60; 80) and that consists of warp threads (11, 12, 13, 14; 51, 52, 53, 54; 71, 72, 73, 74) and woof threads (4) and shapes the upper face of the paper. The fabric layers (10, 20; 50, 60; 70, 80) are interwoven by means of binding threads (40, 41, 42, 43; 44, 45; 46, 47). In order to allow for the provision of a belt that has a mechanically solid structure and is yet highly permeable, the belt (1; 2; 3) is provided with drainage channels (50) that extend at least partially through the belt and through which the vapor from the upper fabric layer (10; 50; 70) can be removed from the surface of the paper.
