摘要： A solar cell panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a solar cell which includes a semiconductor substrate, a plurality of first and second conductive regions positioned on the semiconductor substrate or above the semiconductor substrate, and a plurality of first and second electrodes electrically connected to the plurality of first and second conductive regions and extending in a first direction; a wire part which includes a plurality of first wires electrically connected to the plurality of first electrodes and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction, and a plurality of second wires electrically connected to the plurality of second electrodes and extending in the second direction; a plurality of insulating members which are positioned at overlapping portions of the plurality of first electrodes and the plurality of second wires and at overlapping portions of the plurality of second electrodes and the plurality of first wires; a sealing material surrounding the solar cell, the plurality of insulating members, and the wire part; a first cover member positioned above the sealing material so as to be above one surface of the solar cell; and a second cover member positioned above the sealing material so as to be above the other surface of the solar cell. At least one among the first and second electrodes includes a main electrode part and a connection electrode part positioned above the main electrode part. The connection electrode part includes: a particle connection layer formed by connecting a plurality of particles including a first metal; and a cover layer which includes a second metal different from the first metal and covers at least the outer surface of the particle connection layer.
