    • The present invention relates to a coupling structure of glasses frames and glasses legs, and more particularly, to a coupling structure of glasses frames and glasses legs, in which the frames and the legs can be easily coupled or uncoupled to/from each other, which enables lenses to be easily coupled to the frames, and which provides elasticity when the legs are folded or unfolded. The coupling structure of the present invention includes: a hinge piece (2) tightly inserted between end pieces (E) split at a distal end of the frames such that the hinge piece (2) protrudes, wherein the hinge piece (2) has a stopper groove (1) ; an elastic member (4) having a slot (3) for the insertion of the hinge piece (2) ; and legs (T) having a rotation pin (8) and an operating slot (5) such that a front end of the legs (T) can be fitted into the stopper groove (1) while elastically pressing the elastic member (4) . Also, the coupling structure of the present invention comprises: a hinge piece (2) protruding from the inside of an end piece (E) integrally formed with an end of the frames by synthetic-resin injection-molding, wherein the hinge piece (2) has a stopper groove (1) ; an elastic member (4) having an upper plate and a lower plate, wherein an intermediate portion of the upper plate is elastically bent, the upper plate and the lower plate have respective slots (3) to be doubly fitted onto the hinge piece (2), and the intermediate portion of the upper plate is bent at a predetermined angle to form a protrusion (6) in the horizontal direction; and legs (T), the front end of which has a rotation pin (8) such that the front end of the legs (T) can be fitted into the stopper groove (1) of the hinge piece (2) while elastically pressing the upper plate of the elastic member (4), wherein the leg (T) has a relatively vertically elongate operating slot (5) at the front end thereof such that the legs (T) is rotatable about the rotation pin (8).

    • The present invention relates to an eyeglass frame coupling structure wherein one side of an eyeglass frame, to which a lens is fitted, can be separated into upper and lower parts in such a manner as to be fixedly coupled to each other by means of a screw, while the screw is being not exposed to the front of the eyeglass, thereby providing a good outer appearance and a simple and firm fixing structure capable of easily detachably attaching the lens to the eyeglass frame.
      The purpose of the present invention is to provide an eyeglass frame coupling structure wherein a fixing screw, which serves to couple or separate a connection portion of a metal eyeglass frame, is not exposed to the front of the eyeglass frame, and the connection portion of the eyeglass frame is separated even when the screw rotates to a small extent such that the screw does not escape from the connection portion of the eyeglass frame, thereby ensuring that a lens is easily fitted to or separated from the eyeglass frame and further guaranteeing that the lens is firmly fixed to the eyeglass frame.
      In order to accomplish the above purpose, the present invention provides an eyeglass frame coupling structure comprising: a receiving portion (11), a part of an eyeglass frame (10) to which lenses (1) are fitted being separably connected thereto, comprising a connection portion formed on the rear surface of one side of the connection portion of the eyeglass frame (10), a receiving groove (a) formed to be open towards the back, a fixing groove (b) formed on the bottom of the receiving groove (a), and an engaging groove (c) formed on a surface that forms the outer peripheral side wall of the receiving groove (a); a protruding portion (12) comprising a protrusion (d) formed on the rear surface of the other side of the connection portion of the eyeglass frame (10), which abuts the receiving portion (11), so as to be inserted into the receiving portion (11), an engaging step (e) formed to protrude from the outermost peripheral portion of the protrusion (d) to be inserted into the engaging groove (c), and a screw hole (f) formed in the middle of the protrusion (d) in the forward/backward direction so as to communicate with the fixing groove (b); and a fixing screw (13) screw-fastened to the screw hole (f) of the protruding portion (12) such that an end of the fixing screw (13) is inserted into the fixing groove (b) of the receiving portion (11), wherein the fixing screw (13) is not coupled to the receiving portion (11) in a screw fastening type, but is simply inserted into the fixing groove (b), such that coupling is made easy, fastening is completed by fastening the fixing screw (13) to a small extent, and the fixing screw (13) is not exposed to the front of the eyeglass frame (10), thereby providing an aesthetic appearance.

    • The present invention relates to a coupling method and a structure for a coupling unit of rimless eyeglasses. More specifically, the invention relates to the coupling method and the coupling structure that can not only increase the coupling force of a coupling member but also prevent damage to or defects of the coupling unit, wherein the coupling member is coupled to end pieces and a bridge to be coupled with lenses of the rimless eyeglasses. The object of the invention is to provide the coupling method and the coupling structure that: improve connection stability of a fixing bolt through soldering-welding at the end pieces or bridge when the coupling member fixed to the coupling unit is inserted into the rear portion of a fixture; prevent the occurrence of welding beads on the coupling member; and increase the coupling force of the coupling member by allowing the fixing of the coupling member through one-time soldering-welding in order to prevent damage to or defects of the coupling member when the coupling member is coupled to the lenses. In order to implement the object, the coupling structure comprises: the fixtures (3,3') that are extended and formed from nose pad arms (2) or additionally formed; a fixing unit that is configured to fix the coupling member (4) to the fixtures (3,3'); and an assembly unit for coupling the end pieces (52) and/or the bridge (B) to the coupling member (4) which is coupled to the fixtures (3,3') through the fixing unit. In addition, the coupling method comprises: a step for inserting the coupling member into a through hole (5) formed at the fixtures (3,3') and fixing the coupling member and the fixtures by an attachment plate; and a step for coupling the bridge and/or the end pieces to the fixtures and the coupling member that are fixed by the attachment plate.
