      [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS]
      Immune-related genes whose expression levels were increased by 1.5-fold or more because of rejection and whose expression levels were decreased by 1.5-fold or more because of immunosuppressive agents have been identified as gene markers. By using the expression level of one of these gene markers as an indicator, it becomes possible to diagnose rejection, evaluate the efficacy of an immunosuppressive agent, and judge the presence or absence of immunological tolerance in a quick, simple, and convenient manner.
