    • A compressed-air disk brake has a caliper for holding the brake disk. On one side of the caliper is arranged a braking force application device with a swivelling lever, which at the side opposite to the brake disk is mounted in an substantially semi-circular pivot bearing supported on the caliper so as to swivel around an axis of rotation parallel to the plane of the brake disk. At the side of the brake disk, the swivelling lever is supported by means of an eccentric approximately at its center, in the longitudinal direction, on a traverse parallel to the axis of rotation. The traverse is slidingly guided with respect to the brake disk and acts over a thrust piece on a brake block slidingly mounted with respect to the brake block in the brake caliper, on the side of application of the braking force. A further bearing is provided between the eccentric and the traverse and/or between the eccentric and the swivelling lever. In order to optimize the hysteresis performance of the brake, at least one of the bearings is designed as a slide bearing whose slide surface upon which thrust is applied is composed of at least 70 % by volume polyvinylidene fluoride, at least 10 % by volume polytetrafluoethylene, and the remaining percentage of lead.
