摘要： A method for purifying a particular substance from a mixture containing the same employs steps (1) and (2a), or (2b), stated below to thereby recover the particular substance of high purity in high yield from the mixture by relatively easy operation:

(1) subjecting the mixture in the form of a liquid or a slurry in which part of the particular substance has crystallized to crystallization operation under high pressure to increase the amount of crystals of the particular substance to thereby obtain crystals enriched with the particular substance; and
(2a) dissolving the crystals enriched with the particular substance obtained in the above step in a solvent capable of well dissolving the crystals and subjecting a resultant solution to cooling crystallization to recrystallize the particular substance; or
(2b) rinsing the crystals enriched with the particular substance obtained in the above step with a solvent capable of dissolving the crystals.
