    • Herein is presented a crate module (100) which includes a quadrilateral tray portion (150) with a load carrying side (151) and an opposing side (152). The tray portion (150) is delimited by four successively connected peripheral edges and has form fitting elements (153, 154). The crate module (100) also includes four side panels (110, 120, 130, 140) each of which have a proximal end, from which the side panel is pivotably connected to a respective peripheral edge, and a distal end having a counterpart form fitting element (112, 132, 142) which is configured to cooperate with a corresponding form fitting element (153, 154) of the tray portion of a similar logistics crate in a superposed configuration. At least one of the side panels (110) is pivotably connected to the respective peripheral edge on said opposing side (152) of the tray portion (150) such that a resulting logistics crate is formed by another such-like logistics crate module superposed on the logistics crate module.

    • The present invention provides for a robust one-piece hinge body which is suitable to withstand strain of rough handling. The novel one-piece hinge body includes a first profile portion (130) which is configured to at least partially enclose a first profile. The hinge body (100) also includes a second profile portion (140) which is configured to at least partially enclose a second profile which is parallel to the first profile. The hinge body (100) further has an outer portion (110) which connects the first and second profile portions (130, 140) and which is located on the outside of the hinge joint of the pivoted profiles. The body (100) also includes an inner portion (120) which opposes the outer portion and connects the first and second profile portions (130, 140) while being located on the inside of the hinge joint of the pivoted profiles. According to the invention the inner portion (120) consists of joinable terminal ends (150, 160) of the first and second profile portions (130, 140), wherein a mating surface (200) is formed between said joined terminal ends (150, 160). Accordingly, the outer portion (110) is solid for withstanding retraction upon closing movement of the hinge.

    • The present invention provides a cell tray (100) suitable for accommodating bottles of at least two different sizes. The novel cell tray (100) has a quadrilateral base (70) which has on one side a loading surface (71) adapted to receive bottle bottoms in a matrix-like loading pattern. The cell tray also includes holding devices (72) on the opposite side to the loading surface (71) such that the holding devices (72) are adapted to receive and lock into place bottle mouths of bottles loaded onto a similar cell tray (100) beneath said holding devices (72) in a stack of cell trays (100). The holding devices (72) are arranged as to align with at least two separate loading patterns (LP 1 , LP 2 ). The loading surface (71) comprises protruding ridges (73) which have a shape inverse to that of a combination of the first and second loading patterns (LP1, LP2).
