    • The present invention aims at offering: a syringe connectable to a port in a fixed manner as well as capable of demonstrating high operational performance even in the case of direct connection where a connector is not used; a connector used for the syringe; and a syringe able to attach the connector thereto. For the attainment of the above objectives, the medical syringe of the present invention is a medical syringe including a cyrindrical connection supporting member which enhances the holding force of a luer part inserted into a port when the medical syringe is connected to the port. The connection supporting member is set by sliding along the luer or a syringe body in a state of being movable between a first position near a tip of the luer and a second position away from the tip of the luer. The medical syringe is characterized in that , when the connection supporting member is moved to the second position, the tip of the luer part is exposed.

    • The medical needle device of the present invention includes: a shield 4 including a substantially cylindrical portion 4a; a tube 13; a first hub 2 that is inserted into an inner bore of the shield movably in an axial direction, whose rear end is connected with the tube 3; a rigid needle 1 that is fixed to a front end portion of the first hub; and a hub movement controlling member 14 that is attached to the shield detachably, wherein the hub movement controlling member 14 includes: a stopper portion 14a that can be inserted from the rear end side of the shield into an inner bore of the shield exsertably, and has a front end that can be in contact with the first hub in a state of reaching a movement end on the front end side of the inner bore of the shield; and a holding portion that can maintain a state where a front end of the stopper portion 14a is in contact with the first hub 2 reaching the movement end on the front end side.

    • An outer unit (101) includes a shield (20) that has an inner cavity (24) and a soft outer needle (30) that is fixed to a front end of the shield. An inner unit (102) includes an inner hub (40) that is disposed within the inner cavity of the shield, a hard inner needle (50) that is fixed to a front end of the inner hub, and a tube (60) that is connected to a rear end of the inner hub. The inner unit is displaceable relative to the outer unit from an initial position at which the inner needle penetrates the outer needle and protrudes from a leading end of the outer needle to a retracted position at which the inner needle is housed within the inner cavity of the shield. The inner unit located at the initial position is fastened to the outer unit so that the inner unit is prevented from moving toward the retracted position due to a reaction force that is exerted on the inner needle during insertion with the inner unit being disposed at the initial position.
