摘要： The invention relates to a method of manufacturing fuel tanks made of polymer material using a blow moulding technique, characterized in that said method involves: offering up at least one sheet form extrudate (11) between two opposing cavities (15, 17) of an open mould (13) the impression of which corresponds to the shape of a tank (1) that is to manufactured; then bringing the two cavities (15, 17) together until the mould is closed; as the two cavities are being moved closer together and before the extrudate (11) comes into contact with one of them, injecting a first fluid between the extrudate and at least one cavity; injecting a second fluid on the opposite side of the extrudate (11) from each cavity, in order to press it firmly against the wall of said cavity; removing the first fluid present between the cavity and the extrudate before the end of injection of the second fluid.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a hollow body comprising a thermoplastic wall and a fibrous reinforcement welded on at least one portion of the surface of said wall, preferably its outer surface, the fibrous reinforcement comprising a thermoplastic similar to or compatible with that of the wall of the hollow body, having a thickness of at least 1 mm and comprising from 30 to 60% in weight of fibres, according to which: - the portion of the outer surface of the hollow body where the reinforcement will be welded is heated; - the fibrous reinforcement is also heated so as to soften or even preferably melt the thermoplastic of the reinforcement; and - the reinforcement is moved to and applied to said portion of the outer surface of the hollow body, wherein the step of applying the reinforcement to said portion of the outer surface of the hollow body comprises: - applying an initial pressure on at least one portion of the reinforcement; - applying pressure for the final welding using robotized pressure applying means.
