    • The inventive camshaft adjusting system (200) comprises a camshaft adjusting device (100) provided with two opposite hydraulic chambers (102, 104), an oscillating motor camshaft adjusting device and a control valve group (1) of the camshaft adjusting system, which operates as a four-way valve and comprises a connection (A) for the first hydraulic chamber (102), a connection (B) for the second hydraulic chamber (104) and a supply connection (T) and a connection (P) for applied pressure. Said camshaft adjusting system (200) is characterised in that in a first unpressurised state (I) it is relieved by the valve by means of the simultaneous hydraulic switching of the connections of the hydraulic chambers (102, 104) of the camshaft adjusting device (100) with respect to the supply connection (T).
